Partnering with Watson’s Wine Cellar, Jeannie will be hosting another food & wine pairing event, Burgundy Masterclass which will take place on 14, May 2010.  During the class, Jeannie will walk her students through some of the key wine-producing regions of Burgundy, to explore their different characters and styles.  Eight unique, typical wines from big names such as Liger Belair, Marc Colin, Droin and Geantet-Pansiot will be tasted.
