Vinexpo 2010

Leading Master classes and launching www.asianpalate.com meant that Vinexpo week was a flurry of activity. The first day was flat out, and the second day was buzzing. Highlights included an Italian wine tasting - the 07 Il Pino di Biserno and the 07 Biserno were stunning. Lodovico Antinori has really succeeded in 07!

I definitely agree about Lodovico. We did a Biserno wine dinner with him in our hotel (the Peninsula Shanghai) before he went to HK. The wines showed extremely well. His Mt Nelson Sau Blanc was also very attractive. I think his Tokaji should have been more exceptional than what it is now.
